Air Traffic Solutions recently provided On-The-Job-Training to enable the national aviation regulator of Timor Leste’ to conduct ATC Check Assessments.
As part of our ongoing work with the Australian Government through DFAT and the GfD program our Managing Director, Mike Lockwood recently provided On-The-Job-Training to enable the national aviation regulator of Timor Leste’ to conduct ATC Check Assessments. The ATS team designed and delivered a Training and Assessment Manual and theory training. This culminated in Mike conducting a “seed” endorsement check on the Director of ANS. The successful completion of this check by the Director now enables the regulator to check and endorse more local ATC staff to conduct check assessments. The ATS team will continue working with our Timor Leste’ partners over the following months to assist with the preparation for an ICAO Audit later this year.
