The issue: The CAAM required specifications, transition plans and design briefs for their new ATM System and ATM Centre
What we did: ATS provided a team of system engineers, ops specialists and architects to work with CAAM staff to define the requirements for the new system, develop detailed transition plans enabling a safe and efficient transition to the New ATC Centre, as well as designing the layout of the ATC facilities in the new centre
Outcome: CAAM was able to procure all their requirements to go to tender for the new ATM system in a tine and cost efficient manner without needing to draw internal resources away from core work
